Frequently asked questions.
Where do we leave from?
We primarily fish out of Cohasset Harbor and the coastal waters of the South Shore. However, we have the ability to trailer the boat and launch from any boat ramp from Boston to Cape Cod. We will change locations depending on the best fishing at the time. Please call to discuss.
Where do we fish?
Boston Harbor, South Shore, and Cape Cod Bay are common areas we fish and we are willing to travel to find the best bite.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen. Food & Drinks. Sunglasses. Hats. Camera. Small soft coolers are highly encouraged, we do not have space for your big hard cooler & I will have a large cooler on the boat.
What Should I wear?
We recommend wearing layers as it is often cooler on the ocean than land. Early mornings can often be colder, with it quickly heating up by mid morning. A water proof jacket & shoes are always a good idea no matter the forecast. No black sole shoes allowed.
What happens if we need to cancel due to weather?
We do not cancel trips due to rain showers, but safety is our #1 priority. Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the captain and we do our very best to keep everyone safe and comfortable while fishing. If your trip is cancelled due to weather we will provide a 100% refund.
What is your cancelation, refund, and no show policy?
A deposit of $200 is required to book all trips. Trips cancelled 10 days or more before your trip will receive a full refund. Trips cancelled less than 10 days before your trip will forfeit the full deposit amount. “No Shows” who do not show up on the day of the trip will be required to pay the full cost of the trip.
Do I need to bring my own gear and bait?
We provide all fishing tackle and bait needed for all passengers on the boat. If you have your own tackle you may bring it, however we do encourage using our own gear as it is proven to be successful.
Can I keep my catch and eat it?
